Machine Operative

Machine Operative Would you like to work for a company that offers the opportunity to be trained across many areas of the business. This role will give you exposure to Machine Operation & also Glazing, Paint Shop and Quality Control. What do we need from you? The ability to lift heavy items is an absolute MUST for this job along, no previous experience is required, and full training can be provided. Start: ASAP Location: Outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire Salary: £11.75 per hour Hours: 7am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 2 x paid 15-minute breaks every day Duration: Client will consider Temporary to Permanent OR Permanent Benefits: Holiday Pay Duties: * Lifting of heavy products across the factory to various stations * Use of CNC Machines * Feeding materials through machines * Use of hand tools for fitting and fixing finished products together * Glazing of doors * Use of Power Coating machine Skills and Experience Required: * Be a good team player * Previous machine experience desirable but not essential * Willingness to learn * Forward thinking * Able to take own initiative * Fast paced to meet deadlines, whilst maintaining our professional standard * Have a keen eye for detail * Be punctual and willing to do overtime If you have not received a response within 3-5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
