For the successful MIG Welder our client is offering:
- Hourly rate of £19.17 per hour
- Working hours Monday - Wednesday, 4pm - 2:30am, Thursday, 4pm-1:30am
- Fridays off
- Temp to perm opportunity
The role - MIG Welder:
- MIG welding Mild and Stainless Steel
- Setting up the components and equipment for the welding process as per Job Card.
- Preparing materials and setting up jigs to ensure safe and effective assembly.
- Interpreting specifications and drawings accurately, to ensure product is within specification and within tolerance.
- Quality inspections
What our client is looking for in a MIG Welder:
- City & Guilds/NVQ in fabrication or welding - BENIFICIAL
- Previous MIG welding experience - ESSENTIAL
- Working knowledge of all types of electric power tools - ESSENTIAL
- Fabricating experience - BENIFICIAL
- Experience welding mild steel and stainless steel - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to read and work from drawings - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
