Home Administrator

We are seeking a Home Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Home Manager and ensure the effective operation of administrative systems and processes. **Job Summary** We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Home Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Home Manager and ensure the smooth operation of administrative systems and processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the centralised sales, purchase ledger, and payroll systems by providing accurate information to meet required deadlines * Draft standard communications, including letters and emails, on behalf of the Home Manager * Provide first point of contact for visitors and callers to the Home * Maintain databases and spreadsheets, collate statistics, and produce reports * Produce documents and presentations from materials provided * Assist with the maintenance of effective filing systems, including resident files and personnel files for each colleague * Ensure the provision of weekly/monthly submissions to the Managing Director or central Support functions * Attend meetings, produce complete and accurate notes/formal minutes, and coordinate the circulation of information and action points **Requirements** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organized and sympathetic, remaining calm under pressure * Able to multitask and work unsupervised * Flexible and adaptable to change * Passionate about care **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Various shifts available, including working 3 days on and 4 days off * Free meals * Access to excellent training and development opportunities * Career development opportunities * Discounts and benefits suited to your lifestyle * Free onsite parking * Free uniform * NEST workplace pension contributions * Long service awards
