Dean of Science

The Company is seeking a Dean of Science to lead its Faculty of Science, which is dedicated to providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader with a proven track record in a relevant scientific discipline, holding a PhD and an academic rank of full or Associate Professor.Responsibilities:Overseeing academic and administrative decisions.Promoting a high standard of teaching, research, and community service.Ensuring that the Faculty's programs are innovative and responsive to the needs of a diverse student body.Building and nurturing partnerships with external stakeholders.Representing the institution in various professional settings.Minimum Requirements:The ideal candidate for the Dean of Science position will have a strong background in scholarship, research, and academic administration, with at least 5 years of experience in each area.
