We are looking for a Finance & Operations Intern to work closely with our COO & co-founder and Finance Manager.Missions1) Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Assist in recording and reconciling cryptocurrency revenue transactionsParticipate in the preparation of financial statementsHelp with forecasting & budgeting2) Systems & Financial ReportsUtilize financial data to create internal reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performancePrepare detailed reports for customers regarding their staking activity and reward statementsAddress any customer inquiries related to invoicing and financial data3) Commercial and Product DevelopmentAssist in the customer invoicing process, ensuring compliance with established guidelinesContribute to financial negotiations for contractsAssist with project work to support sales operations, risk management, and other teams internallyPreferred profileSkills & backgroundBasic understanding of financial modeling & KPIs/reporting (Google Sheets, Excel)Interest in crypto and familiarity with tooling (blockchain explorers, etc.) is a plusKnowledge of SQL, Python, and JavaScript (for data analytics)Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, TechnologyFluent in English and FrenchFamiliarity with automation tools is a plusSoft Skills:Genuine interest in Blockchain & cryptoHumility & team-spiritWilling to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentOrganized and rigorousPassionate about tech startupsCurious and able to dig into a topic and follow throughWhat We Offer:A fast-paced, no bureaucratic work environmentOpportunity to learn from industry expertsPotential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the internshipInterview Process:Recruiter Phone screen (30 min) with a recruiterTake-home exercise and oral presentation (1 hour) to our finance teamCulture fit Interview with a co-founder(45min)OfferWe're looking forward to chatting!Please note that we are not sponsoring visas for non-UK or EU citizens.
