Job Description - Customer Service Officer, North Adelaide Golf Course (2400568) Complimentary on-site parking & all the golf you can play A switched-on role with flexibility Multiple casual opportunities starting at $34.57ph (incl. 25% casual loading) + 11.5% super About the Opportunity As a Customer Service Representative working in the North Adelaide Golf Course, you'll be the friendly face that everyone turns to for top-notch service. In this diverse role, you will be working with a great team and see yourself engaging with customers in person and over the phone, providing advice on memberships, merchandise, food and beverage and other enquiries. You'll also be a crucial part of keeping our Pro Shop & Par 3 running like a well-oiled machine. About You To be successful in this role you will have: RSA Certificate/An RP Badge (or willing to obtain these qualifications) C Class Drivers License The ability to obtain a satisfactory working with children check Experience in providing excellent customer service in a service-oriented workplace Ability to work independently when necessary Ability to prioritise and be flexible when responding to changing priorities and demands Demonstrated verbal communication skills with the ability to manage challenging customers and situations tactfully and sensitively About Us Located in the geographic heart of Kaurna Country, The City of Adelaide celebrates its cultural heritage, unique natural surrounds and structures its footprint in a way that allows it to adapt to the changing needs of the community and a dynamic global landscape. The course has seen significant round and revenue growth over the last few years and is about to launch some exciting improvements including enhanced food and beverage offerings and new branding.
