Join Aggregate Industries as a Regional Technical Manager for our Southern region. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our business strategy and make a significant impact across our multi-site quarry and asphalt network. If you're passionate about sustainability, quality, and leading a dedicated technical team, this is the perfect role for you. You'll work closely with our Technical Director and regional management team to ensure our products meet the highest standards while driving our Circular Economy strategy. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise can shine and your contributions will directly support our customers and enhance our industry reputation. Lead and develop a motivated technical team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure product quality across our quarry and asphalt sites, meeting and exceeding industry standards. Support customer technical needs, providing expert guidance and solutions. Drive our sustainability initiatives, aligning with our Circular Economy and CDM strategies. Collaborate with the regional management team to implement and refine business strategies. Who you are Your expertise and leadership skills enable you to inspire and develop your team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to sustainability and innovation. You have significant experience in quarry and asphalt operations, bringing a deep understanding of industry standards and practices. You excel at leading teams, motivating them to achieve their best while maintaining a positive and inclusive work culture. You are passionate about sustainability and have a strong grasp of CDM and Circular Economy principles. You are adept at problem-solving and can provide technical support and solutions to customers.
