Job Summary: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent to some of the major companies Innovate works with. The Resourcer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process. Your keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities: * As a Resourcer you will collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. * The Resourcer will utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify potential candidates. * Conduct initial candidate screenings, including phone interviews and assessments, to evaluate qualifications and fit for specific roles. * Build and maintain a talent pipeline by proactively sourcing and engaging with potential candidates. * Write compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract qualified candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve Skills, knowledge & experience for a Resourcer: * Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or in a similar role is not needed but would be advantageous. * Strong analytical skills, including being comfortable using software applications, social media, and other computer based tech. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with people and build relationships. * Attention to detail and the ability to assess information to match it with specific requirements. * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Resilient and highly adaptable, in a fast paced environment. * High degree of drive and self-motivation to achieve set goals. * Quality focused and measured, with the ability to drive results.
