Job Requirements / Description

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

  1. Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  2. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  3. Evaluate daily operations
  4. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  5. Plan and organize daily operations
  6. Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
  7. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  8. Train staff
  9. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  10. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  11. Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
  12. Manage contracts
  13. Manage training and development strategies
  14. Research employee benefits and health and safety practices and recommend changes
  15. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  16. Oversee payroll administration
  17. Provide customer service
  18. Recruit and hire staff
  19. Conduct performance reviews
  20. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
