Job Title: Traffic Marshall Supervisor with CPCS Hoist Operator Ticket Location: Tottenham Court Road Job Type: Full-time Working Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day Pay Rate: £17 per hour (via CIS) Start Date: ASAP Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall Supervisor with a CPCS Hoist Operator Ticket to join our team at a site located in Tottenham Court Road. This is a supervisory role that requires a strong understanding of traffic management and hoist operations. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage traffic flow on-site, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. * Oversee a team of traffic marshalls, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to site protocols. * Operate the hoist for 1 hour per day, covering 2 x 30-minute breaks during the shift. * Coordinate with site management and other teams to ensure smooth operation of site logistics. * Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations. * Report any site issues or hazards promptly to site management. * Maintain clear communication with workers, delivery drivers, and site visitors to ensure efficient traffic control. Requirements: * CPCS Hoist Operator Ticket (valid and in date). * Traffic Marshall Ticket (valid and in date). * SSSTS or Gold CSCS Card is required. * Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall Supervisor, ideally on construction sites. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. * Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple site teams. * Good understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
