Memberships Manager

 My client is on the hunt for a passionate and customer focused Membership Manager to join their energetic team in London. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of a lively space, driving the creation of a positive and inspiring environment for the diverse and ever-evolving community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new members, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and implement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction
• Work with sales and marketing to attract new members and support campaigns promoting the space
• Oversee member accounts, track data, and generate reports on occupancy and trends.

You Will Be:

• 
  
• A people person, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a co-working space or hospitality environment.
