Job Title: Sales Coordinator Location: Swindon Pay Range/Details: £24,500 per annum + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent Omega is currently working with an exciting, dynamic company in Swindon, supporting their search for a Sales Coordinator. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of the business in a telesales-based environment, focusing on generating high-quality prospect appointments. Key Responsibilities – Sales Coordinator Promote company products and services over the phone (telesales), focusing on the benefits to potential customers. Identify new business opportunities, updating the CRM with comprehensive and accurate information. Achieve daily and weekly targets by contacting potential customers to schedule appointments. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of internal systems, updating prospect details and records. Collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Regional Sales Managers to achieve sales goals. Qualifications & Requirements – Sales Coordinator Previous experience in outbound telesales to businesses or consumers, with a strong telephone manner. Excellent communication skills, able to build rapport quickly with potential clients. High attention to detail and organisational skills to manage CRM systems effectively. Target-driven, with the ability to engage with decision-makers and work towards set goals.
