We have hundreds of clients internationally, including in Canada, the United States, and Europe.Our mission is to support academic and research communities by facilitating meetings and exchanges. We build tools to optimize the efficiency of conference organizers and maximize the impact of events for participants, primarily for universities and associations. With our strong growth , we aim to become THE recognized solution worldwide for academic conferences of all sizes.We are looking for an Account Executive who will play a key role in accelerating our growth.About the Position:As an Account Executive at Fourwaves, you will be responsible for all incoming leads as well as prospecting to convert this pipeline into clients. To achieve this, you will need to conduct meetings, presentations, follow-ups, and negotiations to close these prospects.If you are passionate about tech, love interacting with people, and have a talent for closing deals, this position is for you!Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the external BDR team to follow up on and convert the leads they have generated. This involves calls and follow-up emails (50% of the time).Handle incoming leads to qualify and convert them (25% of the time).Develop our customer base by leveraging our existing clients and following up on referrals generated by the CSM team (25% of the time).To achieve this, you will need to:Present Fourwaves convincingly and tailored to the needs of prospects.Negotiate contracts and ensure diligent follow-up of opportunities until they are signed.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure an optimal customer experience.Record information in our CRM (HubSpot).The Ideal Candidate:Fully bilingual in French and English.3+ years of successful experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role in a B2B SaaS company.Autonomous, motivated, and resilient.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Ability to listen, understand, and respond to client needs.Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.Why Join Fourwaves?Competitive conditions: attractive base salary, uncapped commissions + RRSP and group insurance To quickly see the impact of your work .To work remotely and have flexibility in your schedule ??.To work with a dynamic team ??.To contribute to our internal emojis on Slack
