Restaurant Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned restaurant professional to join our team at Connie and Ted's, a well-respected restaurant group in Los Angeles. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 40-50 staff members during dinner service
• Develop and implement service standards to enhance the guest experience
• Manage daily financial reporting, scheduling, and staffing
• Implement and maintain operational procedures, including opening and closing protocols
• Provide regular training and testing to staff members
• Manage daily operational duties, including menu updates, POS changes, and reservations
• Order and stock FOH supplies as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Knowledge of serving etiquette and technique
• Strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge
• Strong food knowledge and a genuine interest in food and dining
• Polished and eloquent communication skills
• Able to multitask and work independently
