Primary Purpose: To provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO, ensuring efficient internal and external communication, effective time management, and the successful execution of strategic initiatives. This role is crucial in enabling the CEO to focus on high-priority tasks and decisions while ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across the executive team and the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the CEO with internal and external communication, including managing the calendar for maximum efficacy and efficiency and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Aid the CEO in forward planning, strategic focus, and prioritization of tasks that only the CEO can handle.
  • Manage the regional calendar and ensure effective communication with C-suite leaders and department heads.
  • Plan, coordinate, and guide strategic initiatives to completion.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, C-suite leaders, and department heads to achieve ATCCC’s strategic goals.
  • Organize and coordinate internal events for ATCCC under the direction of the CEO and COO.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes, remind the CEO of follow-up items, and schedule follow-up meetings as necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising events such as the Spring Banquet and Capital Campaign luncheons.
  • Keep the CEO informed about the current company climate, including culture, project updates, and new proposals.
  • Stay updated on organizational changes and new developments.
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Serve as the liaison for office-related needs.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role or organization
  • 4-year college degree and/or postgraduate degree
  • Previous work experience with C-Suite leaders, Board of Directors and Key Stakeholders.
  • Creative and results-driven thinker and excellent problem solver
  • Great communicator, able to engage with people of both affluence and influence
  • Excellent time manager, capable of handling multiple responsibilities
  • Strong administrative skills
