You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet the needs of our business. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, troubleshooting user issues, and ensuring data integrity. You will manage and configure various Salesforce components, provide training and support, and collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions.ROLE INFORMATIONStatus: Full-Time (Hybrid)Location: ChicagoCompensation Structure: Base Salary + BonusReports to: Stewart Magnuson, Director, SalesforceSPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESServe as a primary contact for internal user support requests.Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements; propose solutions leveraging Salesforce functionality; translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables; ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.Manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreate and maintain reports and dashboards to meet management requirements and convey key performance indicators; import and export data; maintain data integrity create backups; manage Salesforce profiles, roles, permission sets, and public groups.Provide quality assurance testing for solutions developed by team members.Work with external systems to ensure integrations with Salesforce are maintained and provide consistent data feeds; leverage Salesforce's AppExchange to identify and implement pre-built solutions instead of building from scratch.Provide ongoing user training; create training materials; onboard and offboard user accounts as needed; grant or revoke user access to specific data, folders, reports, and dashboards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to manage relationships and coordinate projects; participate in CRM migrations, including mapping objects and fields from existing CRMs to Salesforce and loading data.Configure Objects, Fields, Layouts, Validation Rules, Flows, Custom Metadata, Sharing Settings, Assignment Rules, Approval Processes, Record Types, Apps, Actions, Mobile Administration, and custom settings; ensure all installed packages are up-to-date and relevant features are utilized to maximize value.IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration, including configuration and customization, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practicesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExcellent communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong understanding of Salesforce data management, security, and user management best practices.Experience with deploying metadata between different environments utilizing Change SetsExperience with data integration, CRM migrations, and managing external systems integrationsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience with the following AppExchange Apps: Conga Orchestrate, Nintex DocGen, SMS Magic, Advisor360 (Agreement Express) preferredTMG is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from diverse backgrounds.Get in touch with us or find one of our office locations  Contact us #J-18808-Ljbffr
