Halcyon (Worcestershire) Registered Manager – Worcestershire £31,000 – £40,000 a year Halcyon (Worcestershire) are working closely with a local provider based in Worcestershire, in their journey to find a Registered Manager to oversee a number of specialist support packages, that provide care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. This family owned organisation have over 25 years of experience in the care sector and have used their unique expertise to come together and offer bespoke care packages for adults with learning disabilities in both their own homes and supported living settings. Their portfolio of services and packages are operating at a “Good” CQC rating, enabling them to focus on growing the organisation into more geographical areas in the next 6 months. With this in mind, if you are an experienced Registered manager that would like a new challenge, this could be a great opportunity for you. You will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your expertise and manage a fully trained team, as they deliver expert care to vulnerable adults across the Worcestershire area. This exciting position is open to both a strong Deputy manager, looking to make that step-up, or for an experienced Registered manager, looking for their next challenge. You will receive an extensive induction upon starting the role, ensuring you are fully equipped to excel in your new position. In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of £31,000 to £40,000, depending on your experience.
