This role will directly partner with various business units to help develop long-term investment strategies in key initiatives. - Perform expense analysis including the variance research-?Provide support for the consolidation of financials during the month end close/forecasting and quarterly/annual planning-?Monitor monthly expenses and alert the senior leadership on any unusual variance-?Carry out short and long term financial planning to drive growth and profitability improvements through financial analysis to identify key opportunities and leverage points-?Implement financial and operational performance metrics (KPI) for new initiatives-?Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency and overall effectiveness-?Supporting ROI/NPV models for new business initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership- All other related tasksQualifications- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role- Bilingual environment- Excellent command of Excel- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments- Highly motivated and organized- Able to work effectively with minimal supervisionSummaryInterested in this position?
