We would consider travel professionals relocating from France, Netherlands or Germany to the UK as the role is homeworking. French, Dutch or Italian Speaking Travel Consultant – Duties: * Looking after customers travel needs from first enquiry to travel completed whether by phone or email * Provide a professional consultancy service for all clients, anticipating their needs and offering a range of value added solutions to exceed their expectations. * Book a range of travel products and offer professional advice, inclusive of specialist fares. * Use a consultative sales approach. * Achieve and maintain targets whilst working efficiently * Regularly check and action airline queue messages and monitor existing bookings that are on hold. French, Dutch or Italian Speaking Travel Consultant – Essential Requirements: * Passion and experience in business or leisure travel is essential. * Fluent in speaking French OR Dutch OR Italian along with fluent English. * Legal right to work and live in the UK – only considering candidates based in the UK. * Native GDS experience, such as Amadeus, Sabre or Galileo – ESSENTIAL! * High level of written and verbal communication skills who can deal with clients over the phone, emails and other channels such as webchats and social media.
