Director, Product Design and User ExperienceAs the Director of Product Design and User Experience at CONFORMiT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our UI/UX design team. Following a human-centered product design approach (ISO 9241-210), each designer collaborates with a specific product manager, relying on the team to determine features, behavior, and priorities, bringing their designs to life. Additionally, they identify usability issues in the product areas they are responsible for. You will embody a practical and strategic catalyst role, elevating our practices and refining existing tools.
