CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team. Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Providing product and service information to customers
Maintaining accurate customer records and order information
Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfactionAbout You:
MUST have atleast 1 year's experience dealing with high volume calls
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy
