Assistant Team Manager

Our client, Swindon Borough Council, is looking for a Assistant Team Manager to join their, Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. ** CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COME INTO THE OFFICE 3 DAYS PER WEEK ** The managerial role is non case holding and is in a dynamic environment where you'll be working alongside other partner agencies to help to identify risk, protective factors and inform decision making. This is a fast paced team which requires an assistant team manager who is able to work to strict deadlines and make safe and robust decisions under pressure.
