Project Manager

Project Manager Plymouth Permanent Sphere Solution are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a programme of planned maintenance works across MoD sites in the Plymouth area. You will join a forward-thinking team that put delivery and safety at the forefront of their agenda, working in partnership with the client to deliver maintenance and building services works across several bases The opportunity will offer variation and as the Project Manager you will take responsibility for delivering multiple small works projects simultaneously at any one time. This could be anything from £25k to £3m across an MoD estate – fit out, refurbishment to M&E upgrades with significant security implications and requirements. This will include agreeing a scope of works, working with the client to plan the delivery of the projects, manage subcontractors, ensure on site health and safety is compliant, work within CDM regulation and ensure projects are delivered within both the programme and budget. The candidate: * Experienced in a construction or property maintenance sectors in a similar role * Understand CDM regulations * HNC / or qualified through experience, along with a valid SMSTS or NEBOSH * Experience of being in a customer focused role * Commercially astute * Excellent IT skills – MS office and any experience of using CAFM will be advantage * Full Driving License * Role dependant on obtaining full SC Clearence On offer is a salary up to £45,000 with car allowance and good holiday allowance and working hours.
