Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:Main Responsibilities:Start, support and manage all engineering projects.Lead engineering teams and coordinate the various stakeholders.Design precise strategies, taking into account deadlines, costs and resources required.Monitor project progress through regular reports and identify risks.Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.Manage customer relations to ensure satisfaction and offer innovative technical solutions.Your Professional Skills:Priority management and rigor.Demonstrate innovation.Good team player.We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams.Profile Sought:Degree in mechanical engineering, or any other relevant field.OIQ member, ING or CPI designation.5 years' significant experience in engineering project management.Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software.Excellent time management, communication and proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Bilingualism (French and English).Experience in metal processing or transportation is an asset.Salary: $80k - $110k depending on experience.
