Financial Controller

A highly regarded and hugely successful Service Business is looking for a Financial Controller to join them. You’ll be joining in a newly created role to support the business during a period of growth.  Ideal for someone inquisitive, able to work independently and with strong attention to detail This is a permanent role based in the business’ South-West London office  Financial Controller - The Role  Overseeing smooth daily financial operations Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, working closely with the Group Finance Director  Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Acting as the key contact for the parent company, aligning financial processes and reporting Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring Manage day-to-day cash flow and working capital Overseeing audits, payroll, VAT, and tax filings Supporting any financial system rollouts and process improvements Providing insights and recommendations for business decisions Ad hoc tasks as required  Financial Controller - The Person  Previous experience in a similar role Ability to work independently Strong attention to detail  Part/fully-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent or QBE  Similar service-based industry experience is beneficial but not essential Available immediately or on short notice
