Mechanical Design Engineer

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a great client of ours with their search for a Mechanical Design Engineer to support business growth. Key Duties: Assist in the design and development of fuel pumping systems, assemblies, and components. Generate 3D CAD models. Generate 2D drawings for clients, fabrication, and installation. Support workshop fabrication/assembly as a designer. Support on-site installation works of pumping systems. Contribute design input for the tender team. Produce flowrate and pressure drop calculations. Assist with equipment selection and specification for procurement. Assist with procurement of components and organising materials delivery to site. Participate in client meetings including HAZOP studies. Contribute to pump controls system design. Occasional travel to client sites required.Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required: Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification. Experience in similar role. AutoCAD. Revit. Other CAD experience welcomed but must be willing to learn and work with AutoCAD and Revit. Possession of valid UK driving licence.The Package: 30,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience. Monday-Friday 37.5 hrs per week. Pension scheme. Bonus potential. Additional benefits
