Job Requirements / Description
AJP are currently looking for a HR Administrator to work for a large fabrication company based in Wallsend.    Duties and responsibilities: Ensure emails are answered and responded to straight away in order to achieve seamless communication. Help with set up of Board Room/Conference Room, direct clients/customers to right department. To be the first point of contact to visitors and help them with any queries. Ensuring timely and effective answering of telephone calls. Screening and directing calls appropriately. To ensure that visitor files are kept up-to-date as well as other filing systems. Prepare reference checks, leaver letters and all associated documents required in the employment cycle. Input new starters onto HR system and ensure that all personnel files and electronic personnel information is kept up to date and complete. Assist with HR projects as and when required   Contract role with the view of being permanent for the right candidate
