Automotive and Diesel Mechanics Wanted in Minneapolis/St. Paul Area
We are seeking experienced A or B technicians to perform maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including Ford cutaways and SUV's.
Transdev offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base starting hourly wages from $30.75 to $44.92/hr. based on experience & qualifications
- Shift differentials $2/hr. for second shift, $2/hr. for weekend hours
- ASE incentive program with $.25/hr. for each primary automotive certification and $.15/hr. for each secondary transit certification
- Additional $1000 annual bonus for maintaining ASE triple master status
- Additional $1000 annual bonus for maintaining ASE quad master status

Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs to maintain a safe and reliable fleet
- Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair including brakes, engine performance, suspensions, drive trains, transmission, and other repairs
- Ensure work orders are completed properly and accurately
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required
- 2+ years of automotive or diesel repair employment experience or combination of education & experience
- Must have appropriate mechanic's tool set
- ASE certifications preferred. Must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program
- Subject to DOT drug testing
