FinanceFull timeRemote / ParisApply for this position:Send resume to [email protected] SummaryThis role will include measuring and analyzing the performance of investment offerings and providing valuable analytics to support the sales and investment management teams, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency. You will review the accuracy of reports and materials prepared both internally and by third parties. Excel-based modeling will be a key aspect of your work, as you develop and maintain models based on various business assumptions, such as equity raise, capital deployment, acquisition cap rates, and debt rates.What you’ll be doingPerform research and prepare materials and reports to support the ADREF investment management team which may include information related to Apollo’s investment offerings as well as competitive offerings, financial markets, and market and investment fundamentalsMonitor and measure the performance of investment offerings and provide analytics in support of the sales and investment management teams to ensure data integrity and operating efficienciesReview the accuracy of reports and materials prepared both in-house and by third partiesDevelop and maintain Excel-based models that are based on various business assumptions such as Equity Raise, Capital Deployment, Acquisition Cap Rates (NOI/Purchase Price), and Debt Rates, among many othersWork with various functional groups within the company to develop accurate and reasonable data and assumptions to utilise in the modelSupport the investment management team through the maintenance of a database containing property-level statistics of the firm’s investments, as well as the completion of ad hoc requestsProvide competitive analysis on real estate offerings and maintain competitive intelligence of their activitiesRespond to requests for information (“RFIs”), preparing detailed summaries of investment offerings, and preparing various forms of financial analysis, as requestedEffectively communicate specific details about investment offerings and answer questions both in person and over the phoneQualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related fieldMinimum 1-3 years of relevant experience and/or training in the investment management or services industryKnowledge of the financial services industry, real estate, and other investment vehicles, as well as an understanding of financial statements, basic real estate terms, and the competitive landscapeAdvanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to synthesise complex or diverse informationStrong time management skills, ability to complete projects on time and budget, as well as manage competing demands and frequently changing timelinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines; excellent attention to detailExhibits strong judgment - supports and explains reasoning for decisions; includes appropriate people in the decision-making processInnovative; presents ideas and information in a manner that gets others' attention #J-18808-Ljbffr
