DATA & INSIGHT OFFICER - LONDON
Are you a skilled Data & Insight Officer with expertise in manipulating & cleansing data? Additionally, do you have a strong background working with data to provide insight & analysis?
This is an opportunity to work for a growing Housing association based in London, as a key member of their Technology & Data team!
If you have any knowledge of experience of the Social Housing sector that will be an additional bonus to the role.
They currently manage around 1,5000 properties, with a staff of over 50. A salary ranging from £41,000-£43,278 is on offer on a permanent, hybrid basis, along with a great benefits package!

What does the role entail?
You will serve as a data steward for the organisation and provide data skills and expertise to ensure decision making can be reliably informed by data.
Champion the use of data to drive and inform decisions
Improve data awareness, data skills and data literacy within the organisation
Work collaboratively as a member of the Technology and Data team, collectively delivering the team's brief and supporting the organisation
Help ensure systems and data are understood, working in conjunction with the Head of Service and Systems and Technology Officer, documenting and explaining the journey of data through systems
Develop data reports and dashboards to access and share data
Facilitate training sessions to improve data literacy across the organization.
Build and maintain the Data Register to document, assess and manage key datasets
Design and lead data gathering initiatives where required
Develop dashboards and interactive tools for data presentation
Gather, analyse and present performance metrics as requiredWhat skills will you have?
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Experience working with data to provide insight and analysis
Experience of manipulating and cleansing data
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel including XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Knowledge of how to reconcile large data sets
Knowledge of statistical analysis
Good knowledge of SQL, MS Report Writer or Power BI
Good understanding of housing management systems, repair management systems and asset management systems (desirable)
Knowledge of Civica Cx housing management system (desirable)What is on offer?
