To help our clients remain competitive and successful, we provide the innovative technologies they need to serve their growing base of members, customers, and merchants.About the Role Reports ToManager, Card OperationsChallenge/RoleThe Card Operations Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Everlink’s Card line of business. The successful candidate will need an understanding of the industry's best practices as they relate to EMV Standards, payment card issuance, payment card manufacturing, forecasting, and other operations activities. This role requires the incumbent to have a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant working experience.This position reports to the Manager of Card Operations and analyzes and improves organizational processes to improve accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.We require a highly organized professional with proven ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking to assist with client business requirements, project management, and operational responsibilities relating to the Card line of business at Everlink.The Card Operations Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assisting the Manager of Card Operations in successfully delivering card-related programs. This person will strive to build cohesive cross-functional relationships to ensure that program goals and operational objectives are met on time and within the specified budget.This position requires close coordination of multi-faceted activities necessary to deliver Everlink Card Issuance Products and Services to the marketplace and our Issuing partners in the most professional and efficient manner possible.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all facets of the Everlink Card line of business, including business requirements for new and existing clients, project management, and overall responsibilities relating to day-to-day operations.Working within the Card Services and Fraud Solutions team, coordinate with the Sales, Product and Delivery teams, internal and external partners, including vendors and network associations, as well as Bank and Credit Union clients to document business requirements and processes, ensuring the success of the card issuing business and project delivery.Review and develop an understanding of compliance and network specifications to assist the Manager of Card Operations with establishing business and technical requirements for new Issuing products and solutions.Review and understand how operational and technical processes impact the business.Analyze and document card processes and manuals for projects, operations, and card tools.Coordinate with internal and external partners on client or project implementations, including programming changes, documentation changes or creation, and resource planning for PIN stations and bank system testing tasks.Periodically cover the tasks and responsibilities of the Card Operations Manager during their absence.Receive, log, initiate POs and track all manufacture orders.Maintain and develop overall card manufacturing inventory forecasts for all Everlink clients to ensure that enough capacity is available for fulfillment at the card vendor.Provide tracking on spreadsheets for all projects and development requests for the card line of business.Periodically analyze applicable rates and cost tiers to ensure they meet the Issuing line of business budgetary needs.Monitor and track SLA performance and delivery, generating monthly status reports for the Manager of Card Operations that highlight any lapse or trend leading to failed performance.Provide support to the support centre and customer service representatives in gathering or defining client business requirements and responding to client investigations.Support the Sales, Product Management, and Operations teams for successfully delivering card-issuing products and services.Ensure that committed service delivery standards are maintained and that they continue to match industry best practices.Lead and/or provide support on client and vendor calls when required.TeamThis is an individual contributor role.About YouEducation & Experience Requirements 1-3 years of experience in a payments environmentPost-secondary education in an area related to assigned duties such as Commerce, Business, etc.Working knowledge of industry best practices in the field of payments, card manufacturing, personalization, and fulfillment.Knowledge of EMV standards and their application to financial cards.Experience using Microsoft SQL Server for query development and reporting is an asset.Ability to actively manage problem resolution in a fast-paced client-facing environment.Oriented to collaborate and liaise with business units, product development, operations, delivery teams, and Everlink card manufacturing vendors for problem-resolution discussions.Proven multi-tasker with strong organizational and operational skills.Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate and interact with other departments and Everlink partners.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution.Highly motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented.Skills and AbilitiesYou also have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to build professional business relations within and outside the organization.
