As the Head of Content, you will be instrumental in building, leading, and implementing our content strategies aimed at elevating and growing our brand, content presence and audience engagement across all channels, including carsales content sites, social media, video and SEO. Drive audience engagement and growth by creating compelling and relevant content that resonates with diverse target audiences, leveraging data analytics and SEO best practices to inform content decisions. Develop and execute strategies to enhance the commercial appeal of content, integrating brand and product messaging to support sales objectives and partnerships. Foster a stronger connection between the brand and its audience by crafting authentic narratives and storytelling that highlight carsales’ products and services. Enhance carsales’ presence on social media platforms and in video content by developing innovative and engaging content formats that drive user interaction and brand awareness. Prioritise SEO in all content initiatives to ensure increased visibility and search engine ranking, optimising content for relevant keywords and employing effective SEO strategies. Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and strategists, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, using insights to continuously refine and optimise content strategies for maximum impact, SEO effectiveness, and ROI.
