Electrical Supervisor Permanent Vacancy £50,000 per annum Plus Van and Full Benefits Package We are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor on behalf of our client; The successful candidate will supervise a team of electrical engineers. They will ensure that work is completed within the agreed time frame and inspect work to make sure it is executed to a high standard. The job for Electrical Supervisor include Supervision of a team of electrical engineers On the job supervision visits to engineers Delivering toolbox talks Carry out electrical testing, inspection, installation and maintenance works as required Ensure safe working procedures in accordance with the current health and safety regulations and all other relevant regulations. Post inspections of work carried out by engineers Reviewing and signing off certification completed by engineers NICEIC registered Qualified Supervisor Training and developing engineers Work specifications Preparing quotations Interpret electrical / site drawings when necessary Communicate with clients, residents and colleagues when required Deliver exceptional customer service Adhere to any company policy To undertake any training provided by the company To Support any business change for the benefit of the company Any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or directorsThe ideal Electrical Supervisor will: Have previous experience of supervisor role. Have strong leadership skills. Have previous experience in the electrical industry. Have good time keeping skills with the ability to work well in a team. Have Full Electrical qualifications.
