The roleThe ServiceNow Presales Solution Consultant is an important member of the ServiceNow Sales Team at SoftwareOne This role provides recommendations to clients by actively participating in client presales and sales calls to understand business requirements, drivers, and pain points. They will facilitate scoping sessions with the client to clearly define scope of work, timelines, and costs for Statements of Work (SOW). The ServiceNow Presales Solution Consultant will work closely with various resources both inside and outside of the organization including SoftwareONE sales, service, and marketing teams.How will I make an impactAccelerate sales stages by:Conducting market & potential client research; sharing knowledge with sales team prior to sales callsCreating and maintaining presales and sales collateralCreating and maintaining stakeholder mapping documentationProviding functional and ServiceNow technical demos, when requiredActively participate in client presales and sales calls to understand business requirements, drivers, and pain points associated with potential projectFacilitate scoping sessions with the client to clearly define scope of work, timelines, and costs for the Statement of Work (SOW)Supported by the proposal writer and other team members, create a budgetary proposal and/or Statement of Work (SOW)As the sales stages progress, confirm procurement, approval, and onboarding process with the clientWork closely with the Sales Team and Delivery Teams to bridge the gap/share knowledge on the client requirements and current stateFacilitate sales-> project knowledge transfer sessions after a sale closesSupport account planning and building strategies to drive cross-selling opportunities Contribute content to Request for Proposal (RFP)s To maintain ServiceNow partnership status, create and maintain deal registrations in the ServiceNow Partner PortalCreate and maintain opportunity information in Beniva &/or SoftwareOne CRM Identify & support the development of new service offeringsReview delivered projects to identify pre-sales and sales continuous improvement opportunities e.g., Improve resource estimates, deliverables, timelines etc. What we need to see from youWhat I bring to the role?Experience working with the ServiceNow platformExcellent writing, editing, grammar, and style skills.Professional and interpersonal communication skills for collaboration with internal and external resources and groups.Excellent organization and time management skills to support simultaneously occurring proposals and statements of work.Ability to thrive and adapt creatively and successfully in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.Able to comprehend, communicate and cohesively organize complex business, technical and legal concepts, information, and materials.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. University degree or college diploma in general business, communications, marketing, publishing, computer science or equivalent work-related experience preferred.Knowledge and understanding of enterprise or information technology business, software, industry and related operations and services a plusAbility to work both independently, with initiative, and as an effective member of a teamA positive promotor of work culture and a "can do" attitudeFluency in French and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
