You know that no two days in recruitment are the same, but you can expect to be… * Screening candidates * Interviewing candidates * Utilising social media to advertise roles * Liaising with clients and building successful working relationships, along with providing excellent customer service * Growing our existing client base, by upselling, and business development to other local companies * Completing regular review meetings with clients along with onsite * Completing check-ins where required * Taking our on-call service on a rota basis Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, however due to the nature of recruitment, some flexibility is required! You will also be taking our on-call phone home with you on a rota basis. Pay: * Up to £30,000 per year (Negotiable on Experience) * In addition to salary, currently our Consultants are earning between £5,000 – £10,000 per year in bonus – however this is uncapped, so what you earn is up to you!
