Hastings Manor in Belleville is accepting applications for a temporary full-time Registered Practical Nurse - Evening shift position.

DUTIES
•Nursing or related work including the administration of medications and supervision of staff. Must be able to work any shift.

QUALIFICATIONS
•Must hold a current Registered Practical Nurse Certificate of Competency and be certified to give medications.
•Must have the demonstrated ability to:
oEffectively supervise other staff in a team environment
oProvide with minimal supervision the appropriate care to meet the needs of the elderly
oProvide assistance to other staff and participate in resident care with a team approach.
oEffectively communicate with the elderly, fellow employees and the general public.
oAccurately follow written procedures and verbal instructions from supervisory staff and to willing carry out any and all assigned duties
oRegularly and punctually attend work

HOURS OF WORK:Evenings

WAGE RANGE:$36.60 (probationary rate) + 4% vacation per pay + 12.5% in lieu of benefits
