Technical Analyst

BMO is currently sourcing for a Technical Analyst / IT Analyst / Systems Analyst – Intermediate Level position on a 19-month contract.Summary of Role:The Technical Analyst will be responsible for navigating and understanding complex technical architectures in alignment with business processes and objectives. They will manage ERP system configurations, administration, and troubleshooting, focusing on system efficiency and user experience. The role involves integrating IT systems with the procurement lifecycle, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless data integration across systems.Project:The analyst will work on projects involving ERP systems such as Coupa and Oracle EBS, focusing on procurement lifecycle integration and technical solution design and management.Years of experience:3-5 years of relevant experienceRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):- Navigate and understand complex technical architectures- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot ERP systems- Design and manage technical solutions- Integrate systems data using various technologies (API, cXML, Flat file)- Solve complex technical issues- Perform advanced data analysis- Create detailed technical documentation
