Package
- £35,000 per annum
What's involved?
- Maintaining healthy and positive relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Be the first point of contact for any departmental administrative duties
- Identifying and resolving any problems in a timely manner
- Support the team with any existing or new projects, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Book meetings and forward inquiries to the relevant contact/s
- Attend to urgent or planned matters when the Ops and Comms Manager are on annual leave/absent
- Collaborating with executives in creating operational policies and procedures
- Assist with setting up events
