For the successful Works Manager our client is offering:
- Up to £40k per annum
- Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:30pm
- Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm
- Perm opportunity
- Free parking
The Role - Works Manager
- Supervising heavy industrial workshop
- Working with sheet metal, structural steel and carbon.
- Training new starters
- Conducting weld tests and interviews
- Managing workload in workshop for site work
What our client is looking for in a Works Manager
- Experience in similar role ESSENTIAL
- Experience supervising in an engineering workshop ESSENTIAL
- Qualifications in Fabrication and Welding BENIFICIAL
