Based in Aberdeen Westhill, you'll work with innovative modular and HVAC projects from concept to completion in an office-based role. Who are we? Qualifications * 10+ years’ experience as a Design Engineer or HNC/HND in HVAC Engineering. * Proven project management and coordination skills. * Strong technical and people management abilities. * Excellent communication skills. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficient in relevant software and able to work under pressure. * Innovative thinker with strong organisational skills. Responsibilities * Prepare 3D models, detailed drawings, and electrical schematics. * Design frames and liaise with manufacturers and suppliers. * Create BOMs, RFQs, and analysis packages. * Produce documentation, work packs, and close-out packages. * Lead adherence to HSE and engineering processes. * Supervise workshop, production scheduling, and design teams. * Communicate with managers, colleagues, clients, procurement, and suppliers effectively. * Promote continuous improvement in procedures and company strategies. * Support TEXO Group and identify business development opportunities.
