The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the development and early stage industrialization of an AI-based trading assistant.Work closely with Product Owner, declining the product vision and strategy into a functional product delivering high business impact Supported by the Product Owner, interact with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements, with greatest care on business value and adoption, and translate it into detailed technical requirements Build and manage a product backlog using Agile methodology Manage a decentralized technical team of developers, architect, cloud engineers, data scientist and engineers, UI/UX team and ensure the timely delivery of product features according to product roadmap Apply project management and best practices according to corporate guidelines Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product value and adoption Report and communicate on progress and achievements  Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent Proven experience in managing AI or ML-based products. Experience in the financial sector, particularly in trading, is a plus. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, in a complex, fast-paced, and international environment. Strong experience in Project Management Excellent project management skills. Proficient in product management software (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Very good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure OpenAI services Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product development. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Results-oriented and data driven mindset Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
