What You’ll Do You will be an integral member to your team who will depend on your assistance and support to keep projects and processes on track and organized. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting the Manager, Student Programs in a variety of initiatives, including coordinating the administrative components of the Toronto summer and articling student programs, including student recruitment, onboarding and training, Law Society of Ontario filings, performance assessments, social events and law school liaison. You will also support the Director, Professional Resources and provide support to the administrative component of the senior lateral hiring portfolio of the Firm nationally, including posting for lateral hires, tracking applications received, scheduling interviews and onboarding, as well as related tasks and projects. Additional tasks include: organizing and maintaining the PGM electronic files in the firm document management system (DMS), calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics, processing invoices and budget tracking and undertaking special projects and other duties as assigned. What You Bring You have established yourself as a key resource in your successful administrative career. Your history includes providing administrative, preferably in a professional services firm, with a minimum of three years of administrative experience. You have strong project management, organizational and interpersonal skills. You are self-starter and have been entrusted with projects from start-to-finish. You are detail-oriented and are able to effectively meet deadlines with on-going overlapping projects and initiatives. You work well in a team setting, and provide an exceptional level of client service. You embrace evolving technology and have strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with viRecruit is an asset. Previous law firm experience, and/or experience supporting continuing professional development programs would be considered an asset.
