Director of Care

Beacon Heights Retirement Residence is now accepting applications for the position of Director of Care.As the Director of Care, you will comprehensively coordinate and implement resident care programs to ensure each resident's highest quality of life. Your responsibilities include developing and overseeing personalized care plans, leading and managing a healthcare team, maintaining quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and facilitating effective communication with residents and families. You will monitor residents' health and safety, manage the care department's budget, collaborate with other departments , handle crisis management, and promote professional development within the care team.
