Agriculture Territory Manager - East Kootenay

Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our East Kootenay region reporting to the Creston, BC location. This position specializes in the sale of John Deere Agricultural Products including compact tractor, turf and sport lines. Duties & ResponsibilitiesSell new and used whole goods product within the designated sales territoryComplete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate mannerKeep current on product knowledge and equipmentKeep current on customers’ business activities and needsDevelop marketing and promotion strategies for territoryPrepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow –up, and prospect reports as required #LI-onsiteRequired SkillsStrong customer service skillsHighly motivated and self-directedExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships and prospect new accountRequired ExperienceSales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an assetMust be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationallyA recent driver’s abstract will be requiredThe ideal candidate for this position could be located anywhere in the East Kootenay regionStrong customer service skillsHighly motivated and self-directedExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships and prospect new account
