Job Title: Women in Leadership Trainer / Assessor Location: Remote - Must be flexible with travel to London for team meetings and workshop delivery Salary: up to £38,000 (Depending on skills and experience) Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Mileage, Pension + more Type: Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria; Must have experience of providing training (Commercial and/or Apprenticeship) within Leadership and Management. Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA. Must hold occupational competency within Management. Must have a good level of ICT skills. Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required. Must be flexible with travel.Duties: Assess and support learners working towards the CMI Accredited Women in Leadership course. Create an engaging curriculum in conjunction with the curriculum design team. You will conduct orkshop and 1-1 sessions (online and face to face) with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends. Delivering 1-1 and group-based training to learners, along with field-based assessments. Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted. Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress. Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
