The roleHeadquartered in Montreal, Behaviour has more than 1, employees worldwide with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Seattle (Midwinter Entertainment), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). This role is part of our business unit working on original games. These teams focus on the creation, development, and maintenance of Behaviour-owned IPs such as Dead by Daylight and Meet Your Maker and other unannounced titles in development.Behaviour is looking for an innovative product leader to drive the strategy and development of a best-in-class product that will be used by all our players. The ideal candidate will be an advocate for our players, with a passion for translating business objectives into seamless, engaging user experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who is both a self-starter with the ability to drive a new initiative and a collaborator able to work across and balance the needs of multiple disciplines. In this role you will : Drive the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the broader business strategy;  Plan and prioritise feature development while triangulating across player needs, business objectives and product analytics to deliver on a high-quality product;  Together with key stakeholders and their business needs, define, track and evaluate key results and performance metrics related to the success of the product;  Develop and implement best practices in feature discovery, validation and optimisation processes;  Lead a cross-functional team and own the end-to-end delivery of the product based on stakeholder needs and defined goals;  Own the coordination and communications of strategy and roadmap with key stakeholders;  Identify risks, required resources and ongoing investment needed for the development and continued growth of the product;  What we're looking for : Significative experience in a Front end service product (ex: ecommerce platform); Previous experience as Product Owner; Demonstrated ability in delivering on successful products with a strong focus on user experience;  Ability to build trust and relationships with teammates from various disciplines, to collaborate and influence decisions and outcomes;  Excellent ability to present and communicate complex results at different layers in the organization;  Ability to make decisions based on the analysis of metrics, to follow up on these decisions, and to demonstrate their positive impact;  Exceptional analytical, problem solving, communications, and innovation skills;  Inspiring leadership skills.
