Digital Manager

Our client, a top 5 bank in Canada, is looking for a Digital Manager for a 12-month contract located in Toronto. This role is currently work from home, but will be moving to a hybrid model. This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Manager with a financial services background  As a Digital Manager your duties will include but not be limited to:  Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for providing support in delivering strategies and tactical plans that align with broader corporate and brand marketing strategies for the assigned Line of Business (LOB) Working with all LOBs to develop strategic plans for the online experience to maximize online opportunities and to ensure business needs are being met Ensuring that all programs are aligned with the digital enterprise metrics strategy Collaborating with the various internal teams to create initiatives designed to meet customer retention or acquisition metrics Qualifications required for the Digital Manager include: Good technical/project management skills and an understanding of the customer experience Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced and challenging environment Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies and traditional marketing
