Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of customer servicing specialists to meet team objectives and deliver excellent service. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including brokers and solicitors. Oversee the performance metrics and KPIs of the team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded. Stay updated on regulatory changes, market trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation within the team. Identify and implement process improvements, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency. Assist customers with inquiries related to mortgage payments, loan modifications, and account balances. Collaborate with finance, compliance, and underwriting teams to resolve complex customer issues and non-standard transactions.
