Void Supervisor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Voids Supervisor to work for a Housing Provider based in West London. My client is looking for a Voids Supervisor on a Temp to perm basis offering £30 p/h Umbrella + Van based on a permanent salary of £47,000 + The successful Voids Supervisor will be required to have experience working within a repairs and maintenance environment and be able to supervise a team of operatives. Temporary Pay Rate: £30 p/h (Umbrella) + Van & Benefits The Voids Supervisor will be required to: * Manage a team of subcontractors * Have knowledge of a Voids and maintenance environment * Prioritise and allocate works to optimise available resources * Have experience of managing a team * Have health and safety knowledge and experience * Develop relationships with colleagues and support them with growth targets * Be responsible for achieving contract excellence * Ensure a high standard of communication is maintained with the client, customers & colleagues You will be supplied with a van and fuel card
