Building Services Engineer

Our client is a university in South West London. It is looking to hire an experienced Building Services Engineer. As the Building Services Engineer, you will be expected to carry out routine and reactive maintenance around the campus. Your role will include but not be limited to doing PPMs and checks on AHU, HVAC, Electrical, Blockages, leaks, replacing valves, P&D and other minor repairs. It’s all 1st fix and making safe. You can be part qualified for this role as long as you’re multi-skilled, have a good understanding of building services, a can-do attitude, and will work as part of a team Our client is offering: * £40,000 * Mon – Fri (8am – 4.30pm) * Call-out (1 in 11) * Overtime available * Pension * Training and development if required This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to join a solid team in a nice environment
